Why does my phone grip have scratches?

Your phone grip's epoxy top may have scratches due to regular use! New phone grips come with a smooth epoxy coating, but scratches can occur over time. This is normal as epoxy can be scratched. Rest assured, these scratches don't affect the functionality or cuteness of your phone grip! It's a testament to the grip's journey with you. Keep enjoying its charm and secure hold on your device!

Are your phone grip tops swappable?

Yes, our phone grip tops are swappable. You can easily remove the top piece containing the design and attach it to a different grip base. This allows you to switch up your phone grip style without having to purchase a whole new grip.

Can I remove a phone grip once I've attached it to my phone?

If the phone grip is a MagSafe: it is removable. However. our regular sticker adhesive on our phone grip base is designed for one-time use and cannot be reattached once removed.

If you are interested in mixing and matching designs, our phone grip designs allow for the top piece containing the design to be swapped between different grip bases.

How do I clean my phone grip?

To clean a phone grip, simply wipe it with a damp cloth or alcohol wipe. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives, as these can damage the adhesive or design of the grip.

Can I use a phone grip on a tablet, e-reader or other device?

Phone grips are designed specifically for phones, but many customers have reported successful use with with smaller tablets, e-reader or devices.
