At monday yellows, we're committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As our products are consumables, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange for a replacement or refund. You may be asked to provide a photo of the product for our examination to prevent future quality infarctions. Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that your shipping fee is non-refundable. Some restrictions may apply, and we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in certain cases. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the best possible shopping experience with us.

 

Time Frame
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
